Brahma Kamal is called the King of Himalayan Flowers, and is also the state flower of Uttarakhand.

Brahma Kamal, the state flower of Uttarakhand in India is one of the most famous flowers seen in the Himalayas. It is scientifically known as Saussurea obvallata which comes under the Sunflower family, Asteraceae. ... The Indian Postal Department has issued a postal stamp to commemorate this beautiful Himalayan flower.
